# Thought Extinct > A rediscovery survey for the hobbies you dropped. List up to six, each with when you last did it, how much gear > is left, how much you miss it (1 to 5), one moment that pulled you in, what pushed you out, and whether that > reason is still there. Each hobby becomes an infrared camera-trap still and gets a verdict from a fixed rule: > revive it, reshape it, or let it rest. One metered run reads the two moments for what really drew you in and > what really pushed you out, and writes a plan and a first outing of 30 minutes at most. The app borrows the idea for the hobbies people think are gone for good. ## What is free (in the browser) - Specimen tags: up to six hobbies, only the name required. - A camera-trap still per hobby: last seen, how long dormant (whole months from the month given, or mid-year when only a year is given), the moon on the 15th of that month (computed from a fixed new moon and the mean lunar month, so approximate), a silhouette chosen by keywords in the name, and a stamp. - The sorting rule, checked in order: let it rest if you miss it 1 or 2 out of 5; otherwise reshape if the reason you stopped is still there or you are not sure; otherwise revive. - The pick: the one to bring back first - the one you miss most among those not resting, then more gear left, then the one listed first. None when every hobby rests. - A field notebook table, Markdown, CSV and JSON exports, and saved surveys (in your SkillSafe account when signed in). ## What is metered (one task: `survey`) For each hobby: what pulled you in (from your moment, never invented), what pushed you out, a plan (revive as it was; reshape around the pull without the push; or a sign-off that names what it gave you), and a first outing of 30 minutes at most for every hobby coming back. Across hobbies: the pull and the push that repeat, where that pattern helped and where it hurt, and two questions to ask someone who knew you then. The page then checks the reply against your form: verdicts and pick against the rule, outings only where a hobby comes back and never past 30 minutes or on a day you never gave, no kept gear when you said none is left, and no invented moments. ## Sources Built on the SkillSafe skill @asmartbear/asb-who-me (https://skillsafe.ai/skill/@asmartbear/asb-who-me): finding what drives and drains a person from concrete episodes, recorded as plain facts with the contexts where each helps and where it hurts. The three sample surveys are made up.
